Emily Davies MD of Key Home Staging – Feature Sponsor said, “What a night! We were delighted to be a feature sponsor at the Welsh Estate Agency Awards. It was inspiring to see a room full of emerging Welsh talent alongside established businesses being recognised for their hard work and commitment. Congratulations to all the finalists and the well-deserved winners!”

Richard Miles Head of Savings & Marketing / Area Manager (East) – Event Sponsor Swansea Building Society – said, “We were delighted to be asked to be one of the sponsors of the inaugural Welsh Estate Agency Awards and to share with the nominees and winners a fantastic evening celebrating the best of the best in Wales. As a Welsh based mortgage lender specialising in more niche and complex mortgage cases / unusual properties, what better way is there than to help recognise the great work seen by the Welsh estate agency industry in helping people achieve their dream of home ownership. We can’t wait to be part of the 2026 awards.”

Mark Hobbs – Event Sponsor & MD of One Stop Searches said, “One Stop Searches were delighted to be part of the inaugural Welsh Estate Agency Awards. As one of the judges we were extremely impressed with the number and high calibre of entrants which made it very hard to choose the winners. The event was a great success, highlighting the accomplishments and rewarding excellence of the business professionals. We are delighted to offer our sincere congratulations to everyone involved and hope that winning these awards increases your brand awareness and that your businesses continue to flourish.”

Emma Gilroy, Director and Head of Residential Property at JCP Solicitors – Event Sponsor said, “We are delighted to support the inaugural Welsh Estate Agency Awards through sponsorship and sitting on the judging panel – the applicants made our judging jobs incredibly difficult, as the calibre of entries was so high. We were proud to sponsor Estate Agent of the Year, and we extend our congratulations to the brilliant team at McHattons Ltd alongside all the deserving winners and shortlisted teams from the Awards. The property sector in Wales is thriving, so events like these are a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the people behind the property market. Our Residential Property team at JCP Solicitors works closely with estate agencies across South and West Wales, and it was wonderful to celebrate with our partners and fellow property teams to mark the industry’s recent successes.”

The evening was also an opportunity to raise funds for Dreams and Wishes. A charity that does such great work and is dedicated to helping seriously ill children by making their dreams and wishes come true. £1,355 was raised on the night.
