The team at Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm has launched two exciting new products in partnership with Feast, the kitchen behind the amazing food at Tap and Tân, a collaborative venue that brings the very best in independent craft beer and live fire cookery right in the heart of Tenby. The two sauces to be created are Feast Hot Chipotle sauce and Feast House BBQ sauce, with each of the new flavours is crafted to cater to a wide range of culinary preferences and dishes, promising to bring a new dimension of taste to kitchens across the UK.

The Feast Hot Chipotle sauce is a staple for any BBQ. Made with smoked jalapenos and chocolate ghost chillies, this hot sauce offers an initial punch of heat that mellows into a smooth richness. Perfect for anyone looking to turn up the heat with their rub or dips for their BBQ, it’s best applied heavily to fire food.

In contrast, the Feast House BBQ sauce is made with coffee milk stouts brewed by Tenby Brewing Co and a pinch of locally grown chilli from the Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm, offering a sweet, smokey, sticky taste experience with a hint of coffee & cocoa.

With prices starting from just £5.00 per bottle, sauce fans can get their hands on the new sauces at: pembrokeshirechillifarm.com/collections/feast

The sauces will also be used by the culinary team at Feast, helping take their fiery cooking to the next level.

Michelle Rosser, co-founder, and Managing Director of Pembrokeshire Chilli Farm expressed excitement about the launch of these new products:

“We are always looking to push the boundaries of flavour and this partnership with Feast is a great opportunity to explore new flavours and support a fantastic local business. From the new Hot Chipotle sauce to the revised House BBQ, we believe there’s something for everyone.”
