    Welsh family business Proline Skates has opened the doors of its new store in St David’s Cardiff, Wales’ leading shopping and leisure destination, adding to the thriving sporting offer in the centre.

    Established 30 years ago in the Welsh capital, Proline Skates offers a wide range of sports equipment and clothing with acclaimed brands at guaranteed low prices, catering to different levels of expertise and age groups.

    The company specialises in ice hockey and roller hockey equipment, Heely’s, skateboards, longboards, scooters and apparel, and stocks brands unique to Cardiff including Bauer, Madd Gear and Rio Roller.

    Ceri Williams, Operations Manager at Proline Skates, said:

    “We’re so excited to be opening a store in St David’s as we expand our brand. Whether you’re interested in taking up hockey or are an experienced skateboarder, Proline offers something for everyone.”

    Steven Madeley, General Manager for St David’s Cardiff, said:

    “We are thrilled to welcome Proline Skates to St David’s, the store is guaranteed to be popular with sports fanatics visiting the centre. It’s fantastic to see more Welsh brands opening in St David’s, and Proline will offer a new experience to our shoppers.”

    St David’s has also recently welcomed famous Cardiff Delicatessen Wally’s to the centre. The stalward deli has opened a spirits kiosk in the centre, offering an array of brands for shoppers to enjoy.

    Proline Skates will be located in the centre by Primark and M&S.
