Wales Millennium Centre have announced their partnership with street food connoisseurs, Street Food Warehouse, to launch an epic new foodie venture in the heart of Cardiff Bay. Launching at the end of May, the Street Food Teras will host some of Cardiff’s best independent traders in an all new outdoor seating space.

Cooking up a storm from Friday 28th May, 12pm – late, the Teras will be open daily for your lunchtime bites and fuelling your summer evenings with drinks and local foodie favourites. Located directly to the right of Wales Millennium Centre, the Teras will be rotating street food traders throughout the summer, no two visits will be the same.

The initial weeks will see some of Cardiff’s best street food traders taking on short residency at the Teras. Venezuelan experts Queen Pepiada, Pizza Gods Dough Thrower, Brunch enthusiasts Toast, and the milkshakes that have taken Cardiff by storm, Oh My Shakes. Vegetarian? Vegan? We’ve got you all covered! Gluten-free? Doesn’t mean you have to miss out. Whether you’re a ‘stick to what you know’ type of foodie or a culinary adventurer, there’ll be something on offer for everyone.

Alongside the rotating street food traders, the Teras will feature a container bar offering up the tastiest tipples to accompany your street food bites.

“We are absolutely delighted to launch Street Food Teras; a fantastic new hotspot for foodies to indulge their senses in Cardiff Bay. As Spring turns to Summer and crowds return to the bay, we and our partners Street Food Warehouse look forward to giving visitors a warm and safe Welsh welcome in this exciting new development, with a rolling list of local traders cooking up a feast for all tastes.” – Marc Simcox, Head of Food & Beverage, Wales Millennium Centre

Tables will be available to book at the Teras, along street food traders offering walk-up services: https://streetfoodteras.co.uk
