Three new brands and four independents have opened at St David’s Dewi Sant Cardiff in the run up to Christmas, offering even more choice for shoppers.

Rituals, Hobbs, and Phase Eight have launched brand new stores at the city shopping destination which has also welcomed four new independent pop-ups to its stellar line up.

Making its debut in Wales, wellness and lifestyle brand Rituals has launched its flagship new store at St David’s. Located adjacent to Pandora, the store will feature Rituals’ full range of luxurious yet affordable home, bath, and body products, designed to turn everyday routines into meaningful rituals. Designed in-house, the store will reflect the brand’s calm and inviting concept for guests. Rituals boasts over 600 stores globally with St David’s Cardiff being its first stand-alone unit in Wales.

Joining Rituals at St David’s are luxury British women’s fashion store Hobbs and women’s designer clothing brand Phase Eight. Established 40 years ago, Hobbs, offers modern cuts, feminine tailoring and heritage craftmanship inspired by London, brought to life by its in-house atelier. Its new St David’s store is located next to Ted Baker. Meanwhile, Phase Eight describes itself as the go-to destination for empowering, feminine style that inspires, and can be found next to Kurt Geiger.

In addition, shoppers can visit four new independents this season; Spirit Infusions showcasing its range of artisan-infused spirits, Rustic Charm selling hand-made Christmas decorations, The Makers Guild in Wales with handmade crafts from 30 Welsh designers and menswear fashion retailer Wear London.

James Waugh, Centre Director at St David’s Dewi Sant, said: “We’re excited to launch a collection of new stores and pop-ups ready for the Christmas shopping season. With designer brands, much-loved high street names, and a mix of small Welsh independents, the line-up at St David’s just keeps getting better.”
