Caerphilly County Borough Council’s popular Which Way Now? event is set to return on 18th October 2022.

In the past the event has attracted hundreds of young people who are seeking employment, education or training opportunities.

The event, which is in partnership with Careers Wales, is aimed at school leavers and young people aged 16-24 who are looking for advice and inspiration on what career path to take next.

There will be a diverse range of employers and training providers attending who will offer a wide range of advice, training and job opportunities.

    Some of these include:

    • Information on college courses from Coleg Y Cymoedd and Coleg Gwent
    • Information on higher education and university opportunities
    • Information on traineeships and apprenticeships
    • Local job vacancies
    • General careers guidance
    • Help with job search skills

The event will also include live entertainment and the chance to win three months free Caerphilly Leisure membership.

Cllr. Carol Andrews, Cabinet Member for Education & Communities, said: “We are committed to providing education and employment opportunities for all our young residents, and are thrilled to be hosting the Which Way Now? event alongside Careers Wales again following our success earlier this year.”

Which Way Now? will be held in Caerphilly Leisure Centre on Tuesday 18th October between 10am and 2pm.
