St John Ambulance Cymru are delighted to announce a new year-long charity partnership with Seminar Components LTD, which will see Wales’s leading first aid charity benefit from planned fundraising activities throughout the year.

Annmarie Foligno, HR Manager for Seminar Components LTD said,  “Seminar Components LTD are excited to have selected St Johns Ambulance Cymru as our first official charity of the year.

We have used St John Ambulance Cymru over the years to facilitate our first aider training requirements and now as we look for embark on a year that focuses on well-being and team building, we couldn’t ask for a better local charity to partner with.

Charities such as St John Ambulance Cymru play a critical role in not only saving lives and keeping communities safe, but also by giving others of all ages the training and skills needed to be able to do the same.

We hope that this partnership will enable us, as a local family run business, to not only improve the morale and workplace satisfaction of our employees through events and activities but to also give back to our local community and support the great work that St John Ambulance Cymru continues to do.”

The new partnership launches as St John Ambulance Cymru holds its annual Defibruary campaign in February, which encourages people to learn how to use a defibrillator, locate their nearest device and consider making a donation to support the charity’s vision to provide first aid for everyone, anytime, anywhere.

Alan Drury, Community and Events Fundraising Manager for St John Ambulance Cymru said, “We are delighted to be working with the team at Seminar Components and are sincerely grateful to them for choosing to support us as their first ever charity partner during 2023.
