First look inside the new homes being built on the edge of Cardiff

These photos offer a glimpse inside a new showhome which is open in the village of Llantwit Fardre, to the north-west of Cardiff.

The four-bedroom Bowyer showhome has been unveiled at Bellway’s Coed Derw development, where the housebuilder is delivering 95 new homes.

Interior design experts have styled the property with décor and furnishings to give visitors an idea of what it might be like to live in a new home at Coed Derw, using a subtle colour palette of neutrals and green accents.

Lewis Gater, Sales Manager for Bellway Wales, said: “The launch of the showhome in November was a great success and we’ve been enjoying showing potential buyers around. There has been a lot of interest in Coed Derw.

“Our interior designers have done a stunning job and they have created a calm and elegant interior that really shows off the Bowyer house style to its best.

“The Bowyer is a prime example of the kind of house people love living in. It’s spacious and with its open-plan kitchen/dining room and large separate living room, it is perfect for both family times and entertaining friends.

“These pictures show how every room in the house will work brilliantly for those who live there and how stylish a Bellway home can look, as well as the quality of workmanship in the homes at Coed Derw.”

Coed Derw is being built off Llantrisant Road, and will include 87 two, three, and four-bedroom properties for private sale as well as eight affordable homes.
