Innovative Polish online currency exchange and money transfer company, Conotoxia today announced its new four year partnership with the Wales football team at the FA Wales squad announcement at St. Fagans.

[aoa id=”1″]This exciting new partnership is a first in the UK for Conotoxia, who have recorded staggering, exponential growth every year since 2011 — transacting $5 billion in the last year alone, and operating with 26 currencies. The new partnership gives Conotoxia the rights to use numerous sponsorship titles, including ‘Official Money Partner of the National Football Team of Wales’ through to the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022, and they will work with FA Wales and the national team across money transfers, payments, currency exchange and Forex.[/aoa]

CEO and sole owner Marcin Pioro said:

“The partnership with Welsh football is a perfect introduction into the UK market for us. The expanding Conotoxia Holding Group is dedicated to being the ‘go-to’ platform for global financial services, and we are excited to work with FA Wales to develop the brand over here.”

In the partnership agreement, the company will be able to promote both its brands: Conotoxia and Cinkciarz, which is anchored to the Polish market. The brands have already established significant sporting relationships with the UEFA Under 21 Championships in 2017, the Polish national team at the 2018 World Cup, and the Chicago Bulls basketball team. The overall goal for Conotoxia is to expand throughout the UK, starting with strong foundations in the Welsh market. The deal links the company with Welsh legends in world football, including Manager Ryan Giggs, Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale, and Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey.

FA Wales Chief Executive Jonathan Ford said:

“We are extremely pleased to welcome Conotoxia as the Official Money Partner of the Football Association of Wales for the next four years.

“Conotoxia have recognised how the partnership with the Wales National Football Team and FA Wales can be used to expand their brand beyond the Polish market and into Wales and the wider UK. We very much look forward to a successful partnership with Conotoxia over the coming years and are very grateful for their support of Welsh football.”

Conotoxia were represented at the press conference by Vice Chairman Piotr Kicinski, who was impressed with the team spirit and determination of the Welsh team during the 2016 European Championships. He said:

“Conotoxia promotes the same values. We conquer global markets thanks to our hard work, persistence and commitment. What counts are ambition, cooperation within the team, as well as individual skills. We believe that the values we share will enable us to succeed in both business and on the pitch.”

Working in 26 currencies and having transferred 15 billion USD in customer transactions makes Conotoxia a flourishing enterprise. The company provides online money transfers, payments, currency exchange and Forex transactions in Europe and the USA. As this is their first UK marketing campaign, Conotoxia has also announced plans for numerous promotional activities aimed at Welsh fans, including competitions and engaging social media activities.
