Matty Jones has named his Cymru Under 21 squad for their first 2025 UEFA U21 European Championship qualifier against Denmark in June.

Jones has selected a 24-player squad for the trip to Vejle as Cymru look to build on their 3-0 friendly victory over Scotland in March and begin the long journey to reach the finals.

Fin Stevens, Oli Hammond, Eli King and Owen Beck have plenty of experience at this level and are named in the squad. Rubin Colwill, who has already made eight senior appearances, is also called up.

Jones has selected six uncapped players, with Charlie Crew, who captained Cymru in their first appearance at the UEFA U17 EURO finals in Hungary earlier this month, included in his squad. While Evan Watts, Jay Williams, Harry Lesson, Cameron Congreve and Ben Lloyd have also been called up.

The fixture against Denmark will take place on Tuesday 20 June, with a 5pm BST kick-off at Vejle Stadium.

Cymru U21: Ed BEACH (Chelsea), Cian TYLER (Coventry City), Evan WATTS (Swansea City), Jay WILLIAMS (Fulham), Matt BAKER (Stoke City), Luca HOOLE (Bristol Rovers), Zac ASHWORTH (West Bromwich Albion), Owen BECK (Liverpool), Fin STEVENS (Brentford), Harry LEESON (Bristol City), Eli KING (Cardiff City), Owen HESKETH (Wolves), Joel COTTERILL (Swansea City), Charlie SAVAGE (Manchester United), Oli HAMMOND (Nottingham Forest), Jadan RAYMOND (Crystal Palace), Ben LLOYD (Swansea City), Charlie CREW (Leeds United), Cameron CONGREVE (Swansea City), Rubin COLWILL (Cardiff City), Pat JONES (Huddersfield Town), Josh THOMAS (Swansea City), Josh FARRELL (CF Villanovense), Joe TAYLOR (Luton Town).
