For the sixth year running, Principality Building Society has been voted the Best Building Society for Customer Service in the What Mortgage Awards.

Principality received the accolade after a 22-week voting period where customers were able to rank all the building societies in the UK.

Vicky Wales, Chief Customer Officer at Principality Building Society, said: “It is such a great achievement to receive this award for the sixth consecutive year. It is especially meaningful as it is voted for by our members and customers. We are proud that they value our customer service and this award is a testament to the hard work of our dedicated team, who strive every day to provide the best customer service. Having a place to call home is so important and we believe in helping people achieve their hopes and aspirations, making a positive difference to our members and their communities.”

Kate Saines, What Mortgage Digital Editor said: “The What Mortgage Awards are voted for by the public, which means the winners were chosen because they have made a really positive impact on their customers over the last year. It’s very impressive that this is Principality’s sixth consecutive win in this category, it shows their dedication to upkeeping great customer service, congratulations to the whole team.”
