    Applications now open for the 2024 South Wales Business Awards

    The South Wales Business Awards is thrilled to announce that applications for the 2024 South Wales Business Awards are now officially open. Celebrating its sixteenth year, the prestigious event continues to honour the very best in Welsh business since its inception in 2008.

    The awards ceremony is set to take place on Friday, 27th September at the iconic Hilton Hotel in Cardiff. Renowned Welsh television and radio presenter Sara Edwards will once again host the event, bringing her charm and experience to the 2024 awards.

    This year, the South Wales Business Awards introduces two new categories, reflecting the dynamic growth and evolving landscape of the Welsh economy. The categories for 2024 are as follows:

    • Young Entrepreneur of the Year
    • Best New Start-up
    • Retail & Tourism Business of the Year
    • Female Entrepreneur of the Year
    • Business Services Business of the Year
    • Technological & Innovative Business of the Year
    • Green Business of the Year
    • Employer of the Year
    • South Wales Business of the Year 2024 (chosen from winners of each category)

    Wesley Skene, founder of the South Wales Business Awards, expressed his excitement for the upcoming event: “The opening of the South Wales Business Awards is always a very exciting time for us. Each year, we have the opportunity to see how the business community has progressed and who is truly leading the way for Wales. Over the last sixteen years, we have seen many hundreds of fantastic businesses, many of whom are branching out across the UK and further afield.”

    This year’s awards promise to be a remarkable celebration of the innovation, dedication, and excellence within the Welsh business community. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this esteemed event and showcase the best that Welsh business has to offer.
