Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Field Farm House Residential Home in Hampton Bishop, Hereford.

Field Farm House provides residential care for up to 69 residents. The business occupies a three-storey property in an idyllic location on the outskirts of the cathedral city of Hereford, on the edge of the Wye Valley National Landscape.

The home has been owned by Advent Estates for over 20 years and was brought to market to allow its owners to spend more time with their families.

Following a sales process with James Buist-Brealey at Christie & Co, it has been sold to BIRA Group Limited, marking its first care home in England and bringing the group’s portfolio to seven care homes across South Wales, with more to come.

Bishnu Khanal, Director at BIRA Group, comments, “Field Farm House has a promising future with tremendous potential. This acquisition aligns with our strategic vision to expand further into England, complementing our established presence in South Wales. We are proud to have inherited a dedicated team of carers and managers, and we’re committed to enhancing the quality of care, improving services, and driving long-term sustainability. This is an exciting and valuable addition to the growing BIRA Group family.”

James Buist-Brealey, Associate Director – Care, comments, “The sale of Field Farm House is a testament to the significant demand for quality care homes in the West Midlands region. We extend our thanks to our clients for entrusting us with the opportunity to assist with this sale and, and we wish the new owner every success in the future of Field Farm House.”

Field Farm House Residential Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
