FI Real Estate Management, the long-established commercial property firm headquartered in Chorley, Lancashire, has let 12,432 sq ft of space on Springvale Industrial Estate in Cwmbran to bulk-buy retailer Wholesale Motion.
Wholesale Motion has taken unit 54, an industrial and trade counter space, which benefits from both ground floor and mezzanine-level office accommodation and a large loading and parking area. The company will use the new unit as their expanded distribution space.
The deal was completed in just two weeks, amid continuing demand for industrial space in Cwmbran. Springvale Industrial Estate is located one mile north-west of the town centre and four miles from junction 26 of the M4, with occupiers ranging from large national companies such as Rentokil and Fike Safety Technology to growing local businesses.
The estate has very few industrial units remaining, encouraging FI Real Estate Management to invest further in refurbishing their largest unit on the estate. Unit 56-58 comprises a total of 36,085 sq ft and offers spacious, open-plan manufacturing and warehousing accommodation with dedicated loading yard and additional parking, complemented by refurbished offices.
The units are being extensively refurbished both internally and externally and are due to complete in Q1 2026, with incoming tenants able to work directly with the internal projects team to further customise their fit-out and space requirements
This latest letting underscores FI Real Estate Management’s continued momentum across its UK industrial portfolio, with Springvale Industrial Estate emerging as a key hub for businesses seeking well-connected, modern accommodation.
The swift turnaround of the deal with Wholesale Motion also reflects both the estate’s strong appeal and the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality, ready-to-occupy space that supports the growth ambitions of its tenants.
Tim Knowles, Managing Director and Founder of FI Real Estate Management, said:
“The letting of unit 54 at Springvale Industrial Estate to Wholesale Motion is a prime example of our speed and resilience in bringing high-quality, in-demand industrial space to market.
“It was a pleasure to work with the team on this deal, which was a seamless process, and we’re looking forward to seeing how they grow their business, taking advantage of the site’s strategic location and existing network of nationwide businesses.
“We’re continuing to invest in the remaining units at Springvale Industrial Estate to ensure they meet modern requirements, and we look forward to welcoming further businesses as that work completes.”
