    Final call for entries to Welsh Estate Agency Awards 2026

    The countdown has officially begun for the most prestigious night in the Welsh property calendar.

    Organisers of the Welsh Estate Agency Awards (WEAA) 2026 have issued a final call for entries, urging agencies and professionals across the country to submit their applications before Friday 6th March.

    Applications are now open across 15 diverse categories, designed to recognize the depth of talent and the breadth of the industry. From emerging talent to established market leaders, the WEAA invites submissions for:

    • Residential Estate Agency of the Year
    • Commercial Estate Agency of the Year
    • Residential Lettings Agency of the Year
    • Commercial Lettings Agency of the Year
    • Mortgage Broker/Introducer of the Year
    • Estate Agent of the Year
    • Young Estate Agent of the Year
    • Small Practice of the Year
    • Multi-Agency of the Year
    • Technological & Innovative Agency of the Year
    • Social Media/PR Campaign of the Year
    • Employer of the Year
    • Green Business of the Year
    • Surveyor of the Year
    • Welsh Estate Agency Champion 2026 (Selected from the winners above)

    Wesley Skene, Founder of the Welsh Estate Agency Awards, highlighted the vital role the industry plays in the national landscape:

    “The estate agency sector is one of the most competitive and challenging within the Welsh economy. The industry drives change across Wales, most notably in technology and the green agenda.
