Now, when days get longer and the sun comes out, you know the Cardiff food and drink season is finally upon us.

This May, the German Village Festival returns to Cardiff Bay and will be bubbling with entertainment.

Roald Dahl Plass will be transformed into a traditional Beerfest with live music and a great atmosphere.

Sit outside and soak up the sun in the biergarden, or tuck into a bratwurst or maybe one of three different specially brewed Bavarian beers. Let the entire family experience Bavarian culture for a day, with a special Sunday lunch too.

In the evening, join the party in the giant 1,200 capacity Bavarian FestTent – grab your Lederhosen or Dirndl and be part of the biggest party in town!

1,000 seat beer garden will guarantee fantastic beer and sausages in the sun

The event will also come complete with a live oomph band… of course!

    When?

    11th- 13th of May 2018.

    Where?

    Roald Dahl Plass, Cardiff Bay.
