Superdrug has opened a new store at Cwmbran Retail Park, creating 18 permanent roles within the 8,000 sq. ft. space. The launch forms part of the retailer’s continued expansion of its physical store network, with plans to open 30 new locations in 2026.
The store boasts an enhanced beauty offering, showcasing Superdrug’s own-brand cosmetics line, Studio London, alongside customer favourites such as B. Skin, Me+, Vitamin E and Optimum. Shoppers can also discover a broader selection of exclusive beauty and personal care brands, catering to a wide range of preferences and needs.
Customers will have access to the very latest in health and beauty, from everyday essentials and toiletries to advanced skincare and premium fragrances. The expanded range also includes trending Korean beauty products, while an in-store services menu offers treatments such as acrylic nails and brow styling.
Complementing the retail experience, the store features a dedicated Beauty Studio, providing professional treatments at accessible prices. With an extended menu of services – including eyebrow shaping, nail treatments, acrylics and piercings – the space offers a convenient, all-in-one destination for customers looking to elevate their beauty routine.
Clare Jennings, Property Director at Superdrug, said “We’re delighted to announce the opening of our new store in Cwmbran retail park, further strengthening Superdrug’s presence in the region. This latest addition enables us to offer an extensive range of products and services, while delivering a high-quality shopping experience for our customers.”
“We’re confident the local community will welcome the new store, which features an extensive range of leading health and beauty brands and a dedicated Beauty Studio. The opening will also create new jobs, support the local economy and provide valuable career opportunities within the area.”
