Music legend David Byrne brought his acclaimed Who Is The Sky? World Tour to Cardiff Castle on Sunday night, delivering a spectacular sold out performance to 8,500 fans.
The former Talking Heads frontman made his headline debut at TK Maxx presents Depot Live at Cardiff Castle, with tickets selling out almost instantly.

Opening the show with the Talking Heads classic Heaven, Byrne treated the crowd to a set spanning his celebrated career, alongside tracks from his latest album, Who Is The Sky?, including Everybody Laughs and When We Are Singing.
Fans were also treated to a host of iconic hits including And She Was, Like Humans Do, This Must Be The Place, Psycho Killer, Life During Wartime and Once In A Lifetime.
Following a rapturous reception throughout the evening, Byrne returned to the stage for a two song encore featuring Everybody’s Coming To My House and the Talking Heads anthem Burning Down The House.
Singer songwriter Anna Calvi opened the evening as the special guest, before Byrne joined her on stage for a duet of her song Strange Weather, delighting the capacity Cardiff Castle crowd.
The 24 show TK Maxx presents Depot Live at Cardiff Castle summer season continues on Thursday when Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro headlines the next concert in the series.
The remaining shows include The Streets on 31 July, Sex Pistols on 1 August, Two Door Cinema Club on 2 August, Hollywood Vampires on 14 August and Jimmy Eat World on 15 August.
