Acuity Law, a fast-growing national law firm headquartered in Cardiff, has moved to a new city centre office following a period of significant growth.
As part of its continued investment in South Wales, the firm has relocated its head office from Cardiff Bay to 3 Callaghan Square, a prominent commercial office building developed and owned by Cardiff-based property company Rightacres in the heart of the city’s business district.
The move follows a year of strong financial performance for the firm, with turnover increasing by 15% and annual revenue on track to exceed £20 million.
It also positions Acuity for the next phase of growth as it continues to build its market share and disrupt the traditional legal services sector through the use of technology, innovative solutions and a more commercial approach to supporting clients.
Over the next five years, Acuity will continue to focus on supporting its portfolio of high-growth clients, helping them scale their businesses, seize new opportunities and, where appropriate, achieve successful exits. This ambition is underpinned by a national reputation across some of the UK’s most dynamic sectors, including energy, defence, technology, and health and social care.
Another key part of Acuity’s growth strategy centres on attracting senior and experienced lawyers through a flexible model that allows partners to join as employees or consultants, while providing access to the firm’s support, market leading technology and legal AI tools.

Having built a strong reputation for challenging conventional legal services, Acuity has rolled out a number of pioneering solutions in recent years which go beyond traditional legal advice. This includes its “Acuity Academy” service, which provides practical legal training delivered by expert lawyers.
The firm is also seeing a growing demand for its outsourced counsel service through which clients have access to their own dedicated team of legal experts with the ability to manage legal budgets and control costs.
The new office move continues a period of real momentum for Acuity, which was recently named Property Law Firm of the Year at the Insider Wales Property Awards, and in the past 12 months has advised on corporate transactions having a value of in excess of £750 million. This most recently includes the high-profile sale of Hereford based Global RadioData Communications Ltd (GRC) to Marlink, a global communications company.
The firm’s national footprint continues to grow too, with over 120 specialist lawyers working across a network of five offices in Cardiff, Bristol, Swansea, London and Liverpool, as they support clients across the UK and beyond.
