    Investigation launched following death in Rhos, Pontardawe

    South Wales Police is investigating the death of a man in the Rhos, Pontardawe area.

    Officers were called to Delffordd in Rhos at around 3am on Sunday 10th March following reports of a body being found in a garage fire.

    A man was found deceased at the scene and an investigation is now underway in relation to the cause of the fire and his death.

    Police wish to trace any persons who saw three men in the vicinity of Dellffordd in Rhos between 12.15am and 2.30am.

    It is believed the men arrived in the area by taxi, possibly from the Cardiff area, and officers are appealing for the driver of the taxi to come forward. The taxi driver would have picked three men up in Cardiff City Centre, possibly outside the Hilton hotel, and dropped them in Dellffordd, Rhos.

    The death is currently being treated as unexplained and anyone with information should could 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 quoting occurrence 1900086277.
