The family of a man found dead following a garage fire in Rhos, Pontardawe, have paid tribute to a loving father and husband.

Mark Logan, 31, from Godre’r Graig, was found deceased at the scene on Delffordd shortly after 3am on Sunday, March 10th.

Paying tribute to him, his wife Kirsty said: “As a family we have been left heartbroken by this tragedy.

“There is so much I could say about how wonderful Mark was. He was an amazing husband and my best friend, and I loved him more than words can say.

“He was a devoted and adored father to our two sons, who idolised him.

“We will cherish our memories of him and he will be in our hearts forever.”

Officers are continuing to investigate the cause of the fire and Mr Logan’s death, though neither are believed to be suspicious.

Following an earlier appeal to trace a taxi driver and men who were seen in the area of Delffordd prior to Mr Logan’s death, all have come forward and have assisted police with this tragic incident.

Anyone who has any additional information which may assist should contact 101, quoting occurrence 1900086277.
