Fletcher Morgan have let a prominent roadside unit on Bessemer Road in Cardiff. Despite these unprecedented times for the property market, Body & Soul Autoworks have taken occupation of a 4,360 sqft unit on a 5 year term.

Body & Soul Autoworks will relocate from Tremorfa Industrial Estate into a larger, refurbished unit to continue their successful classic car restoration and repair business.

Matthew Jones, Fletcher Morgan, stated “Despite these difficult times, the letting to Body & Soul shows that the area of Bessemer Road / Hadfield Road remains a popular location for the motor industry. Due to its prominence, we received a good level of interest from trade/light industrial uses, but our client felt Body & Soul were the most suitable tenant.”
