Aberystwyth Promenade is the place to be on Sunday, August 12 as the Aberystwyth Sea2Shore Festival returns with free entry to enjoy local produce and a variety of family attractions.

Michelin-starred chef Gareth Ward from Ynys Hir Restaurant & Rooms, near Machynlleth will be demonstrating some of his delectable dishes and Mandy Walters will be showing what to do with fresh shellfish. Baravin will provide cocktail making inspirations and Coleg Ceredigion will be introducing chefs of the future.

Stroll between the food stalls and sample local cheeses or wines with an array of aromas from paella to pizza and everything in between making your stomach rumble. Local fish, organic vegetables and meat as well as cakes and other foods will be available.

Go Karts and an aquarium featuring local fish will keep the children entertained as well as Cragen the Sea Monster and her plastics journey. Be sure to visit the amazing Living Seas Wales Roadshow and take a trip in a Longboat.

There will be a range of traders offering a huge variety of quality local produce and many non-food stalls.

The festival will be held on the Promenade from 10am to 5pm. For more information, visit the Facebook page, ‘Aberystwyth Sea2shore Food Festival 2018’ or call 01545 574162.
