Police appeal to identify man following Cardiff city centre assault
South Wales Police have issued an appeal to identify a man they wish to speak to in connection with an assault in Cardiff city centre.
Officers were called to reports of a fight outside the Queens Vault on Westgate Street during the afternoon of Tuesday, February 24.
The force has released an image of a man and is asking for the public’s help in identifying him as part of ongoing enquiries.
Anyone who recognises the individual, or who has information that could assist the investigation, is urged to get in touch quoting reference 2600059269.
Members of the public can provide information online via South Wales Police, call 101, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
Police have also reminded the public to always call 999 in an emergency.
