Maltings Park in Splott has re-opened to the public following a re-design and extensive upgrade. The park now features a circular entrance plaza off East Tyndall Street and improved paved connection to Ysgol Glan Morfa. A charity providing home care for vulnerable adults says it’s been forced to hand its contracts back to Wrexham County Borough Council or risk going bust.
