Detectives at South Wales Police have arrested and charged a 50 year-old man on suspicion of attempted murder following an incident which occurred at an address in Victoria Road, Aberavon at approximately 6.45pm on Saturday, 17 September, 2022. A32 year-old man was taken to the University Hospital of Wales following the incident where he remains in a critical condition. A crossbow was recovered by officers from the scene of the incident and the circumstances are being investigated.
