FI Real Estate Management, the long-established commercial property firm headquartered in Chorley, Lancashire, has let 12,432 sq ft of space on Springvale Industrial Estate in Cwmbran to bulk-buy retailer Wholesale Motion. Wholesale Motion has taken unit 54, an industrial and trade counter space, which benefits from both ground floor and mezzanine-level office accommodation and a large loading and parking area. Stores across the country have been overwhelmed by the generosity of customers who donated at the Tesco Winter Food Collection. An incredible 1.48 million meals’ worth of long-life food items were donated to the collection between 24 November and 29 November across the retailer’s large and Express stores. Wales alone donated 92,226 meals. More than 2,000 volunteers helped store colleagues throughout the collection where every item donated provides much-needed support for food redistribution charities FareShare and Trussell in the run up to Christmas. Olivia, who is described as being 5ft 1 with brown hair and brown eyes, has not been seen since the evening of Saturday 11 January 2026. She has links across Cardiff, including the Splott, Tremorfa, Cardiff Bay and Llanrumney areas, and officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen her or has information about her whereabouts. What began as a routine search for a man who had fled the scene of a traffic collision, culminated in the sentencing of a prolific drug dealer. On the afternoon of 25 June 2025, local officers responded to reports of a two-vehicle collision on Nant-y-Glyn Road, Colwyn Bay. Bus services will once again operate through Pen-y-Fai, Kenfig Pool and Mawdlam from Monday 23 February, following an agreement between Bridgend County Borough Council and First Cymru Buses. Services through Pen-y-Fai will return as part of the existing Number 71 service route, which operates between Bridgend and Cymmer via Maesteg. The service will divert through Pen-y-Fai on both its inbound and outbound journeys at no additional cost, running hourly from Monday to Saturday between approximately 7.44am and 6.17pm.
