Cardiff-based protective packaging manufacturer Greenlight Packaging has opened its first distribution centre in the Netherlands. The new hub is set to simplify trade and bolster the company’s presence in the continental European market. “Our new EU-based hub guaranties faster delivery times, eliminates Brexit-related paperwork and gives even closer support to our distribution partners in continental Europe,” said the CEO of Greenlight, Karl Yeo. Charlotte Hobbs, 42, of Penarth in the Vale of Glamorgan, will complete 100 star jumps every day this month, in aid of Brain Tumour Research. A rapidly-growing North Wales builder has started work on a £25 million scheme to build over 100 new homes in Colwyn Bay. Bamber Homes is a new division of the Mochdre-based Brenig Group and has been formed to develop the company’s private housebuilding projects.
