Bus Operators across Wales will be rescued by a further funding package from Welsh Government. Wales’ bus industry will be funded through a new Bus Emergency Scheme, providing financial support for revenue lost during the coronavirus pandemic in return for greater public control over our buses. A former ambulance is back on the road delivering a vital service that the pandemic had severely disrupted. It was donated to the health board’s sexual health service to provide outreach services and to support the more vulnerable in society – such as homeless people and sex workers.
