M4 Prince of Wales Bridge has fully reopened following yesterday’s lorry road crash incident. Despite efforts by Surgeon Charlie Chan at the roadside to resuscitate the driver, he sadly died of his injuries. No-one else was injured. The Second Severn Crossing was fully closed for 16 hours following a serious incident at 11am yesterday morning in which a lorry left the carriageway and down the embankment after colliding with the central reservation barrier on the westbound approach to the bridge. A further two people have been charged in connection with the murder of Harry Baker. Leon Symons, aged 21, of Cardiff, and a 16-year-old boy from Cardiff, have today been charged with murder. They are due to appear before magistrates today. Eight people in total have been charged with murder following the death of Harry Baker, 17, of Cardiff. A Swansea Valley company that specialises in sign and print systems, large-scale graphics for commercial use and interior design, has more than doubled its workforce since it secured a major six figure investment earlier this year. Ministry Graphics, which previously traded as BOW Design, secured the investment from Ministry of Furniture, the company which emerged from Remploy Furniture in 2014. Youth charity The Prince’s Trust Cymru has been announced as the first new tenant for the re-vamped Howells Building on St Mary Street, as part of the ambitious re-design plans for the historic property.
