The Citroën C1 24-hour race that was scheduled to take place at Anglesey Circuit over the weekend of 7th & 8th September has been cancelled due to a shortage of marshals to cover the event safely. New research indicates that Wales could be struggling with entrepreneurship after figures show that it is the region with the fewest new start-ups since the EU referendum. Business confidence in Wales fell 18 points during August to minus two per cent, according to the latest Business Barometer from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.
