South Wales Police is appealing for witnesses following a serious road traffic collision which took place on the A48 at Laleston Roundabout, Laleston, Bridgend,on Wednesday (April 17) shortly after 11.35am. The collision involved a grey Kia motor vehicle and a Yamaha MT-07 motorcycle. The rider of the motorcycle was taken to Morriston Hospital, Swansea, for treatment. His injuries are described as life-changing. Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have dash cam footage of either vehicle prior to the collision. Oneplanet Adventure, a forest visitor centre in North Wales, has used a six-figure finance package from HSBC UK to purchase the site it has leased for the last 13 years. Cardiff Institute for the Blind (CIB) is celebrating another successful year helping blind and partially sighted people take part in sport and leisure activities at Better Cardiff venues. Science discovery centre Techniquest has appointed retail and leisure agents EJ Hales to source an operator for its new coffee shop.
