Another one of Cardiff’s music venues has closed its doors. In a heartfelt post on the venue’s Facebook Page, Buffalo Cardiff has announced that it has closed its doors, citing an increase in business rates 21 months as the reason for its closure.

A family-run business is gearing up for the opening of their second bakery with the creation of 20 new jobs in Denbigh in the New Year. The British Business Bank has appointed Steve Conibear to a new position as Senior Manager, UK Network for Wales. In anticipation of the possible future demolition of the St David’s Hotel in Harlech the Snowdonia National Park Authority has appointed a contractor to construct a bat barn to re-home the colony of bats that reside in the derelict hotel.  [aoa id=”1″] The hotel has stood empty for quite some years and is rapidly deteriorating into a ruin. Two more organisations have chosen Cambrian Buildings – the period multi-let office building in Cardiff Bay – as their base in Cardiff.
