Neath Port Talbot Council is proposing a new transport hub at the front of Neath Train Station to bring together bus and rail services, making journeys easier. The proposal will relocate the existing bus station at Victoria Gardens to Neath railway station, creating a single transport hub in the town centre. A clothing brand owner is cycling 2,200 miles to support the cancer hospital that cared for his grandmother. Liam Jones, CEO of sustainable independent clothing brand Overseas Apparel, will cycle 160 miles, the distance from Cardiff to London, every day for 14 days to raise money for Velindre and 2wish. Business confidence in Wales fell 36 points during April to 15%, according to the latest Business Barometer from Lloyds. Companies in Wales reported lower confidence in their own business prospects month-on-month, down 32 points to 24%.
