A former primary school teacher who posed as a young girl online and pressured children to send explicit images of themselves has been jailed. Daniel Fuge, 38, of Prospect Road, Dorchester, formerly of Wrexham, denied making indecent images, and three counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. But a jury found him guilty of all four charges following a trial at Mold Crown Court in February. The UK is experiencing outbreaks of Avian Influenza across the country with the whole of Great Britain having been declared an Avian Influenza Prevention Zone (AIPZ). Avian influenza (AI) naturally circulates in wild birds. When they migrate to the UK over the winter they can spread the disease to poultry and other captive birds. Guidance that outlines ways in which the planning system can support communities and people to avoid being affected by flooding, and to develop more resilience where it cannot be avoided, has been published. Following public consultation, the revised Technical Advice Note 15 (TAN) supports planners to assess flood risks from rivers, the sea and surface water, as well as the risk of coastal erosion. A senior lawyer at leading Cardiff law firm Acuity Law is offering businesses a range of creative alternatives to redundancies ahead of tax changes coming into force this month (April).
