A Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) Signing Ceremony was held on Tuesday 05 March, where Council officers, Councillors, pupils and other representatives were invited to mark a significant milestone in the development of the new school. South Wales Police can confirm a body has been found in Cardiff Bay. The body has not yet been formally identified, but the family of Zahooran Begum who is missing from Grangetown has been informed. Police were called to the barrage near the canopy, between Cardiff Bay and Penarth, at around 11.20am this morning (Wednesday, March 6). HM Coroner has been informed and enquiries are on-going.

A popular circular walk at Hendre Lake Park is back in use after Cardiff Council completed the rebuilding of a bridge at the popular beauty spot. Work started on the 22-metre bridge, which sits on the outfall of the main river feeding the lake, last year and it was officially opened to the public this week.
