With coffee houses opening on almost every corner of Cardiff, one brand is standing out from the rest — Black Sheep Coffee. Known for rewriting the rules of coffee culture, they are rolling into autumn with a new line-up that mixes street-food favourites, comfort eats, and seasonal drinks that promise to hit the spot.

Black Sheep Coffee first made headlines for introducing the UK’s first speciality-grade 100% Robusta coffee and for launching innovations like the Lion’s Mane Latte. Their Functional Latte range helped to bring health-focused coffee into the mainstream. With an ethos rooted in ethically sourced beans, sustainability, and quality, Black Sheep Coffee has built a reputation as more than just a coffee shop — it’s a community hub for rebels, free spirits, and coffee lovers.

Founded in 2013, the brand has grown quickly, now boasting 69 locations across the UK, including two in Cardiff — the only two in Wales. Their stores are also known for self-order kiosks that let customers customise their drinks in endless ways.

As the evenings draw in, the new menu is all about warming comfort food and seasonal flavours.

    Autumnal Eats

    • Chicken Shawarma Wrap (£4.89) — tender chicken with aromatic spices, crisp salad and creamy dressing.

    • Maple & Pecan Açai Bowl (£8.59) — a sweet autumn twist on their signature açai base.

    • All-Day Breakfast range — including Bacon & Egg Muffin (£4.59), Egg & Tomato Muffin (£4.39), Bacon Sourdough Roll (£4.39), Sausage Sourdough Roll (£4.39) and a Shakshuka Wrap (£4.89).

Maple & Pecan Açai Bowl (£8.59)

    Seasonal Sips

    • Apple Crumble Matcha Latte (£4.99) — returning by popular demand, like warm apple pie in a cup.

    • Pumpkin Spice Range — back for the season with classics such as the Pumpkin Spice Latte (£4.59), Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte (£4.59), Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte (£5.39) and Iced Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte (£4.69).

Whether you are after a hearty breakfast at 7am, a grab-and-go lunch, or a seasonal coffee on a crisp afternoon, Black Sheep Coffee’s autumn menu is designed to cover every craving.

The full line-up is now available across all UK sites, including both Cardiff stores.
