Innovative talent matching platform Business Butler have partnered with Virtual Finance Director Pro (VFD Pro) to provide business owners with a free comprehensive financial and managerial training programme.

Established in Swansea 2018, Business Butler have built an impressive reputation for helping businesses access trusted, impartial advice and professional support through their unique matching engine and the partnership with VFD Pro will further enhance their offering.

Business Butler founder and CEO Bhupinder Sidhu explains what the partnership means:

“We are delighted to form a partnership with VFD Pro to deliver high-quality financial training to business owners. Our philosophy has always been to increase the survival rates of startups and small businesses and one of the main reasons why businesses fail is a lack of financial and managerial knowledge.

“By providing 12 weeks of free financial training from industry experts we can upskill   businesses owners and equip them with the knowledge required to help optimise performance and grow their business.”

The training course covers 12 key managerial areas, such as, How to grow your business; Improving cash flow; Margin/Cost control; Customer attrition; Gap analysis/Cross selling; Customer acquisition and Becoming exit ready, to name just a few. The programme lasts 12 weeks and the modules will be delivered by leading experts in their respective fields.

Steve Darnell, Director at VFD Pro explains some of the benefits the training provides:

“VFD Pro are passionate about helping business owners get better outcomes. It’s fantastic to see these sessions are really hitting the mark. Businesses are directly benefiting from the depth of experience of the speakers and the knowledge being shared. They are leaving with ‘no cost’ and ‘low cost’ actions they can take immediately to improve their bottom line results.”

Business Butler  connects users with a panel of vetted business experts who specialise in a range of disciplines such as marketing, law and human resources. The platform is built around a unique matching engine which gathers user requirements and profiles them against members of the Business Butler panel, returning a shortlist of suitable experts across more than 120 business services. They also offer networking and a range of essential business software in their memberships.
