This Afternoon Tea Week (August 7th – 13th) enjoy a chocolatey treat for the whole family at Cadbury World, Birmingham.

On the menu this summer, parents and children alike can enjoy a quintessentially British afternoon tea with a tasty chocolate twist in the company of iconic Cadbury characters.

Little ones will be able to pose for selfies with Caramel Bunny and high-five Freddo, while enjoying a range of sandwiches and crisps and a mouth-watering selection of Cadbury-inspired cakes, including rocky road, chocolate muffin and a mini-donut, all washed down with a choice of fruit juice or hot chocolate.

And it’s not only the children that are in for a treat, as adults can indulge in an assortment of sandwiches from salmon and cream cheese to cheese and pickle, alongside a selection of scrumptious cakes, scones and macarons and their choice of beverage from coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or juice.

Available from £29.00, anyone who purchases the character dining experience will also be able to enjoy entry to Cadbury World itself and journey through a self-guided tour of Cadbury World’s chocolatey zones.

Families can also catch the talented chocolatiers in action and take a delicious taster for themselves in the Chocolate Making zone, before heading to the Have A Go zone to practice their piping skills and draw their name in chocolate.

Gerrard Baldwin, General Manager at Cadbury World, said: “Our character afternoon tea experience is always extremely popular and what better time to enjoy this chocolatey treat than Afternoon Tea Week?

“There’s so much fun and history to enjoy at Cadbury World. Guests can learn all about the story of chocolate and the Cadbury brand, as well as experiencing the Crunchie rollercoaster in our 4D chocolate adventure and a magical ride through the land of Beanville!”
