Chepstow Racecourse is set to host a packed family fun day this August Bank Holiday, featuring live horse racing, PAW Patrol characters, unlimited fairground rides and entertainment, with under 18s admitted free.
Taking place on Bank Holiday Monday, August 31, the event will combine seven flat races with a full programme of family attractions included in the admission price.

Visitors can enjoy PAW Patrol live shows and meet and greets, K-POP entertainment, stilt walkers, football freestylers, face painting and a children’s disco throughout the day.
Families will also have the opportunity to meet a real racehorse, while unlimited fairground rides will be available as part of the event.

The racecourse has introduced a family admission bundle costing £30, which includes entry for two adults and up to six children.
For those not attending as part of a family group, all adult general admission tickets include free entry for under 18s.
To help keep the day affordable, visitors are also being encouraged to bring their own picnic, with food and soft drinks permitted on site.
Chepstow Racecourse has also introduced a Wet Weather Guarantee. If it rains at any point between gates opening and closing on August 31, visitors will be invited back to an alternative race day free of charge.

The event is scheduled to begin with gates opening at 11.45am. The first race is due off at 1.45pm, with the final race taking place at 5.10pm.
Tickets for the Bank Holiday family fun day are available through Chepstow Racecourse.
