    Dare Valley Trout Fishery opens for business

    Enjoy a fishing experience on the sparkling three-acre reservoir at Dare Valley Country Park.

    Dare Valley Trout fishery is an anglers’ paradise, offering exceptional fishing opportunities for all abilities, including Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout ranging in weight from a minimum of 3lb up to 20lb plus.

    Offering half day, full day and bespoke packages, the fishery also offers group fishing lessons and corporate packages. Prices are based on the amount of fish you can catch and keep:

    • Two fish ticket – £40
    • Three fish ticket – £55
    • Four fish ticket – £70

    Facilities on site include free parking, toilets and light refreshments.

    Fishing equipment hire will soon be available.

    Dare Valley Trout Fishery is also a community and conservation project, with a view to protecting and developing the stunning natural environment of Dare Valley Country Park.

    Don’t forget, the wider Dare Valley Country Park is home to Gravity, the UK’s first purpose-built family bike park, with pump tracks, mountain-side trails and balance bike course, as well as adventure playground, on-site café, loads of walks and trails, on-site accommodation and a caravan/campervan/motorhome site.
