The Football Association of Wales (FAW) has partnered up with Cardiff-based Dragon Signs, establishing the company as their signage provider for the 2020/21 season and beyond.

The company, who are well respected for their expertise in sports signage, will work with the FAW to provide all their branding at match grounds and training facilities, as well as producing sponsors’ artwork.

Dragon Signs, which employs 40 staff at its Welsh-headquarters has taken on a new team member to oversee the FAW account, ensuring a first-class level of service for the internationally renowned organisation.

Rhys Harrington, Director of Dragon Signs, said, “This is the start of a positive new partnership for Dragon Signs and we are very much looking forward to working closely with the FAW. Football has a huge reach and the FAW brand is recognised across the world, making this a very exciting time for our business.

“We have been fortunate enough to partner with some of Britain’s most well-known sports brands, including Warwickshire County Cricket Club, Glamorgan County Cricket Club, Tennis Wales and Cardiff Blues, and this experience will stand us in good stead when it comes to supplying the FAW.”

Ian Davis, Head of Commercial and Marketing at the FAW said: “Imagery and branding are so important in modern sport, it is crucial that any signage associated with Welsh football is of the highest quality. We are very pleased to be working with a company of Dragon Signs’ calibre and we’re sure that they will help us show off our brand, and that of our partners, sponsors and advertisers, to the best possible standard.”
