10,000 places are now on sale for The Nation Radio Cardiff 10K & 2K Family Fun Run powered by leading Welsh charity Kidney Wales.

Returning for another year on Sunday 2 September, the race in 2018 is expected to be the biggest yet with 10,000 places up for grabs and a brand new fast and flat city centre course.  Perfect for runners of all abilities.

Set your new year goals now, and register early to avoid disappointment as places are expected to sell out in record time again this year.

Early bird prices start from just £19.50 and are available for the first 750 individual runners to register.  General entries start from £22.50 (A small admin / transaction fee will apply to all entries).

Race organisers Kidney Wales are recruiting runners to join Team KW supporting the families and changing the lives of the 10,000 patients in Wales living with the daily struggle of Kidney Disease.  Raising just £105 could help a young patient and their family attend a social event organised by Kidney Wales to give them a day of normality.   £625 could help fund a social worker at the Children’s Kidney Centre to give comfort and support to families as they learn to live and cope with this life long diagnosis.   make the lives of those children suffering with this life long illness that little bit more bearable and conformable.

All runners who register in support of TeamKW will receive a fundraising pack which contains a branded running top, the first 500 to register will also receive a limited edition long sleeve training top.
