International supplier of architectural metal building solutions, Euroclad Group is celebrating four decades in business with the creation of forty new jobs aimed at expanding its service offering worldwide.

Founded in 1981, Euroclad has been supplying some of Europe’s most iconic and high- profile construction projects since its inception and now looks to enhance its 250-strong team based within its Cardiff head office during 2021. This new recruitment drive is in response to increased demands for roof and wall building products on a national and global basis.

Euroclad offers the construction market a complete range of metal building products including Euroclad Elite Systems, Eurobond Panels and Vieo. Its products have been used on world-renowned projects including the London Olympic Park, Cardiff City Stadium and the World Cup Stadia currently being constructed in Qatar.

Over the last 12 months, Euroclad has supplied Midland Logistics Park in Corby with over 250,000 sqm of Euroclad Roofing Systems making it one of the largest warehousing projects in the UK and materials have also been supplied to the Vaccine Manufacturing and Innovation Centre in Oxford.

The south Wales market leader who won Welsh Business of the Year at the Welsh Business Awards is proud of its Welsh heritage and has supported many national landmarks over its life span. The visitor centre at the summit of Snowdon and the prestigious Wales Millennium Centre have benefitted from Euroclad Group product portfolio and expertise, and more recently the new Grange Hospital in Cwmbran.

To show its appreciation to longstanding staff members, this year, the group launched a long service award scheme which recognises the achievements of its team – some of whom have been with the company since its inception in the 80s.

As the company celebrate its anniversary, Euroclad’s Managing Director, Aiveen Kearney reflects on the company’s hopes for the future, successes over the years, and varied client base that has seen Euroclad evolve over the past forty years.

“We wouldn’t be where we are today without the support of our people and our customers, many of whom have been with us right from the start. We would like to celebrate our 40th year anniversary by paying tribute to those who have made it possible and by investing in new talent to support our future goals.”

40 years represents a significant milestone for Euroclad Group whose name is now synonymous in the industry for providing high quality, trusted building solutions. Its success has been built through the development of trusted client relationships within the industry as well as through investment in new processes and technology to meet market demands and achieve customer satisfaction.

Operations Director, Geraint Roberts highlighted “This large scale recruitment drive which is due to be rolled out over the coming weeks further demonstrates our commitment to strengthening our business operations to achieve sustained growth.

Head of HR, Donna Cannings said: “This is an exciting time to join Euroclad Group as we anticipate a huge growth in global demand for our products. We have already recruited 40

staff members this year and are now looking to fill a further 40 roles within Operations, Engineering, Logistics and Customer Service all with a key aim of increasing our business capacity to make room for these future requirements. The latest roles will be advertised here. To apply simply send your CV to [email protected].”
