The Caerphilly Big Cheese is back this month (27th-29th July) promising to be BIGGER than EVER.

Set in the shadows of Caerphilly Castle, the second largest Castle in Britain, this annual FREE festival brings together local and regional Welsh food & drink producers in one of the largest travelling food halls in the country. With a dedicated cheese market featuring quality cheese producers from all over the country.

A popular event with families, there are designated picnic areas on the event site for you to relax with your blankets and hampers, and take in the event’s atmosphere.

They make a wide range of delicious snacks, for both meat eaters and veggies, that are healthy alternatives to the usual snack food. Their range includes jerky, fruit scrolls, pickles, relishes, spice mixes, chillies, sweet treats, savoury treats and a number of smoked ingredients.

Pig In The Middle are creators of the Finest Artisan Sausage Rolls.

All sausage rolls are made by hand using top quality British Pork Sausage meat from orchard reared pigs and adding the best ingredients in their own blend to make the best tasting sausage rolls you can imagine.

    Snowdonia cheese company

Incredible Welsh cheese created among the stunning valleys, lakes and mountains of North Wales. As an added bonus this cheese is also suitable for vegetarians as the company uses non animal rennet in all of their cheeses.
