Wales is set for a mixed weekend of weather, with rain, breezy conditions and even severe flood warnings in place across parts of the country, according to the Met Office and Natural Resources Wales.
After a few bright spells this morning (Friday, 7 November), cloud will thicken from the southwest, bringing outbreaks of rain through the afternoon that could turn heavy at times. It will stay mild but become increasingly breezy, with temperatures reaching around 15°C.
Rain will move north overnight, leaving much of Wales dry by the early hours. Clear spells will develop, with temperatures dipping to around 6°C.
Saturday will begin largely dry with some sunshine, though showers are expected to develop by late morning and into the afternoon. It will feel a little cooler than recent days, with highs of 14°C and light winds.
Looking ahead to the rest of the weekend, Sunday will start dry before another band of rain moves in later, continuing into Monday. Conditions should improve by Tuesday, with drier and brighter spells returning, though it will feel breezier and nights will turn chillier.
Natural Resources Wales currently has severe flood warnings in place for parts of the country, and residents are being urged to check local alerts and stay cautious near rivers and flood-prone areas.
