July 2022 sees the launch of the inaugural Welsh Fitness Expo & Welsh Fitness Classic return to Cardiff.

Wales and the UK has one of the most vibrant and successful fitness communities in Europe, if not the world. The Welsh Fitness Expo & The Welsh Fitness Classic will celebrate the best of the Welsh & UK fitness industry.

The Welsh Fitness Expo & Welsh Fitness Classic is to be held July 2nd at the All Nations Centre – Cardiff and will see 2,500 fitness fanatics from around the UK attend this ground-breaking event.

The Welsh Fitness Expo is the first of its kind in Wales with exhibitors showcasing, Athlete Wear, Sports Nutrition, Fitness Equipment, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Gym Accessories plus much more. The expo will also see a host of high-profile guest speakers and fitness influencers.

The Welsh Fitness Classic will see bodybuilders compete for the title of Ladies or Men’s Welsh Fitness Classic Champion. The winners will be walking away with the Welsh Fitness Classic Championship belt and V3 Apparel Victory Jacket.

Friday September 9th at the Hilton Hotel – Cardiff, also sees the fifth Welsh Fitness Awards. The glittering black-tie ceremony will recognise the truly outstanding achievements of our gyms, PT’s and fitness entrepreneurs.

Founder, Wesley Skene said: “The last two years has been truly horrendous for the fitness community. However, they have risen to the challenge and done whatever it takes to overcome the difficulties faced. The Welsh Fitness Expo is the light on the horizon that lets us know we have made it through this awful period.”
