Johnsey Estates has pre-let the newly refurbished ground floor of Mamhilad House at Mamhilad Park Estate with three care providers due to take-up occupancy at the 150 acre business park within the next month.

Elysium Healthcare Ltd., First Grade Health Ltd. and a division of Monmouthshire County Council will be occupying the 4,000 square foot office space with tenancies at will to accommodate for future growth. All three organisations are providers of domiciliary care and have chosen Mamhilad Park Estate for training their off-site staff, due to its central location in the Gwent area.

A spokesperson for Elysium Healthcare said: “We pride ourselves on delivering individual centred care that is based on kindness, integrity and teamwork. The excellent transport links and on-site training facilities made Mamhilad the perfect choice as we continue to invest in our services with the development of a professional workforce that provides high-quality care across the region.

“What’s more, the flexible terms, on-site car parking and excellent transport links mean that we are confident that we have future-proofed the organisation.”

James Crawford is Chief Executive of Johnsey Estates. He said: “With over 1.5 million square feet of high quality space here at Mamhilad, we have a thriving community of business and enterprises spanning the private, public and charity sectors. From manufacturing start-ups to established care providers, we work hard to provide flexible and affordable space that can evolve to meet changing needs. We enjoy a close working relationship with our 180 occupiers and are looking forward to welcoming a number of new arrivals to their new homes at Mamhilad in the coming months.”
