PURESEOUL has kicked off its UK expansion with a strong start in Cardiff, drawing huge crowds to its Welsh debut at St David’s.

The brand’s opening weekend saw hundreds of K-Beauty fans queue for hours, with some travelling from across the UK to be among the first through the doors.

Cardiff was selected as the first location in PURESEOUL’s winter rollout thanks to the high demand from Welsh customers. The brand says its Welsh community has become one of its most dedicated online followings. Combined with St David’s reputation as one of the UK’s busiest retail destinations, the centre was seen as the ideal place to launch PURESEOUL’s first store outside England.

With new stores set to open in Newcastle, London and Manchester before Christmas, the success of the Cardiff launch has set a benchmark for what is expected to be a major period of growth for the company.

    Leslie, Co-Founder of PURESEOUL, said:

“Cardiff signifies what PURESEOUL’s next chapter of growth will be as we’ve seen fans travel hours from across Wales and bring an incredible energy that reminds us exactly why we do what we do. This weekend shows how strongly K-Beauty resonates across the UK and it’s just the beginning of what’s coming next.”

The Cardiff store offers more than 1,000 products and features immersive design elements and exclusive brand takeovers, creating what PURESEOUL describes as the most diverse and authentic K-Beauty experience in Wales.

Helen Morgan, Centre Director at St David’s Cardiff, said:

“It’s a very exciting time for new arrivals at St David’s, just in time for the festive shopping period, and we’re delighted to add PURESEOUL to our retail mix with its first-ever Welsh store. Hot on the heels of our Sephora opening and with so many exclusive brands now available in the centre, it’s a great time to be a beauty and skincare enthusiast.”
