Llanmoor Homes is opening the doors to the first show home on its exciting new housing development near Aberbargoed this month.

The 67-property Saint Sannans Field development, situated on Bedwellty Road, includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Llanmoor Homes will be opening the doors of its three-bedroom detached Ferndale show home on the site for buyers to view from 10.30am this Saturday, 6th September.

Like all homes at Saint Sannans Field, the Ferndale is finished with Llanmoor’s newest architectural design, includes a Wren Kitchen, and is fitted with the latest energy efficient air source heat pump technology to provide heating and hot water.

Eight of the properties at Saint Sannans Field will be designated as affordable housing, which will be sold to and managed by Caerphilly Council, continuing Llanmoor’s partnership with the council following its recent Bedwellty Field development.

The development also includes two green open spaces, a community play area and sustainable drainage systems.

Llanmoor Homes, which is based in Talbot Green, Rhondda Cynon Taf, was founded in 1966, and has grown to become one of South Wales’s largest and most successful private house builders. It has built several other developments in Caerphilly county in recent years, including Cae Sant Barrwg in Bedwas, Hawtin Meadows in Blackwood and Bedwellty Field in Aberbargoed.

Tim Grey, Sales Director at Llanmoor Homes, said: “We’re proud to bring our award-winning homes to Saint Sannans Field. This development, our second in Aberbargoed in recent years, reflects the high standards and strong sense of community that Llanmoor is known for.

“South Wales desperately needs new open market homes, and we are proud to be playing our part in increasing the housing supply. Early interest has been fantastic, showing just how sought-after this area has become.”
